Orders:

I made a mistake. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can only change or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
If you have placed an wrong order, please cancel it and place your correct order again.

You can request order cancellation from my account order page.

Once you are into your account, click on orders. You should see the order you just placed. Next to the order there should now be a button of “Cancel Request” to cancel the order. Click on that button.

If you do not see the button in your order, it means your order has been processed and is no longer able to be canceled.

You will now see that the order status in your account changes to, “Cancel Request.”
You will receive email notification if cancellation request is approved or declined.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
We are not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country’s individual customs agency. Duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

Shipping:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Currently, we process most orders within 5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info. From there, standard delivery time is dependent upon your location. Please check out the table below to see when to expect your package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email providing you with a tracking number with the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

My order arrived, but it’s damaged!

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please Start a return/exchange here within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage to let us know which order was damaged so we can get this sorted out right away and can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well. On confirmation of the damage, we will arrange for the damaged product to be replaced. 

Photos we’ll need:
1 – A photo of the entire item.
2 – A close-up photo of the damage.
3 – A photo of the package

Who are your shipping partners within the US?

We ship with Japan Post, who team up with USPS within US to complete delivery.

We currently only ship to the U.S only, but we are hoping to expand to other countries soon!

Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return/exchange policy?

In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the originally sent products were defective or different from what was ordered.

To initiate the return or exchange process, you need to contact us within 7 days from when you are in receipt of your order.

We can only refund shipping cost if the return is the result of our error.

When ordering, please confirm details of the products on the products page. Items that are explicitly identified as not returnable or not exchangeable on the product description pages cannot be returned/exchanged.

You can return or exchange items that are unworn, undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following are cases where returns and exchanges cannot be accepted:

  • Items that are described as not returnable or replaceable on the product detail pages.
  • Returns due to customers’ personal preferences such as “the size doesn’t fit me,” “the product is not what I expected,” “I made a mistake in my order,” etc.
  • Products that was delivered 8 or more days ago
  • Products are used, altered, or washed
  • Packing slips or product tags are missing
  • Products have dirt or are damaged by customers
  • Product condition is quite different from its original condition (including boxes and attachments)
  • Products have a odor
  • Products have not been purchased on this site
  • Products are sale products
  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellation due to dirt and damages on packaging materials, which occurred during storage, shipping, import, or other processes

**SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS**

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through Contact Form and send your item to the specified address.

Heads up: If you choose to exchange, but the item sells out before your return is finalized, the exchange will instead default to a refund.

General FAQs

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Although we take every precaution, if products that you have received are defective or different from your order, we will accept your return and exchange the products.
To initiate the return or exchange process, you need to contact us within 7 days from when you are in receipt of your order.
We will give you instructions for how to deal with this situation including the “send back to” address, so please contact us within 7 days after the arrival of your order with the specific details.

Returns and exchanges due to customers’ personal preferences such as “the size doesn’t fit me,” “the item is not what I expected,” or “I made a mistake in my order” cannot be accepted. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

When ordering, please confirm details of the products on the products page prior to your purchase .
Items that are described as not returnable or replaceable on the product detail pages are unable to be returned/exchanged.
